If you purchased a World Explorer series travel insurance plan with Insured Nomads then you have this benefit for 12 months from the first activation date. You may be eligible to gain entrance into an airport lounges through their INC membership through our InstaPass℠ when a registered flight has been delayed by 2 hours. If access is granted then up to 3 friends can enter with you at no charge. Flights must be registered in advance of arriving at the airport.

1. Register your trip 48 hours before you travel.

• Click this link to register your flight, you will need your Travel Insurance policy number.

2. Await notification.

• During the registration process you provide email and phone number for SMS/text. If your flight is delayed by 2 hours then you will get notified with a lounge pass if there is a participating lounge available for you to relax in during the waiting time.

3. If delayed, then you receive digital lounge pass code at the lounge if granted.

• Present your digital pass (QR code) at the lounge to recharge and wait away from the gate. Be aware that participating lounges may restrict entry due to demand at that time and other factors. Powered by Collinson Group.

Health Insurance policyholders may be eligible to gain entrance into the network of lounges via Priority Pass, entry is subject to availability and volume on the day of visit.

1. Activate your membership

• Click this link to register, you will need your Health Insurance policy number.

2. Download the app

• You will need to add the INC app to your phone so that you have access to a digital membership card to Priority Pass.

3. Present your Priority Pass card at the lounge.

• Each adult on the policy gains access to the lounge (children and guests are additional at certain lounges).
• Access is granted through your INC membership and accessed via the Priority Pass app (Apple/Android) once you have activated your account.
